Harescramble update

This just in from our Awesome, Fearless Woods Leader, Jake Dennis:

Palmyra Racing Association will be holding their annual Hogback Hill Hare Scramble on Sunday, November 4th. We have gone to a new bike only format for this year. With this new format, we have split the big bike race into two events based mostly on rider ability, and we have added a few classes in hopes of reducing the size some or the more popular classes. Hopefully this proves to be more enjoyable for both novice and more advanced riders.

We have been busy setting up the course and the conditions are the best that I can remember. As always, we gear our event toward having a blast rather than being overly challenging. The large field that has been used the last few years as a grass track is once again part of this years course. Hopefully, a few more open up so that we can add them as well. All in all, the 2012 Hogback Hill Hare Scramble is shaping up to be a great event.

It would be much appreciated if you could help us spread the word about our event. We hope to see you there.

Also, take a look at a preview shot of one of the grass tracks we’ll be using. The woods crew has been working the last several weekends setting up for this event, and it is going to be great!
