PRACTICE

Optional open practice day on the Saturday prior to an MX event.

·       2025 Practice Dates: May 10th, July 12th, October 4th

·       These are open practice days for the public as well as racers.

·       Riders must practice with their ranked class.

·       Each group will have multiple practice rotations.

·       Practice sign-ups are from 8:00am – 10:00am.

·       $35 cash (transaction fee applied if paying by card) per rider.

·       Practices start at 10:00am.

 

REQUIREMENTS

For information regarding riders under the age of 18, please visit the Minor Racing Requirements tab.

·       A full year or one event AMA membership is required for all racers.

·       Pre-Entry is only available for the Hare Scramble

(2025 Date: November 2nd)

 

RACE FEES

No personal checks will be accepted at the gate or registration.

 

American and Canadian currency is accepted.

(Additional $5 for Canadian Currency)

 

Credit cards are accepted for REGISTRATION ONLY (Additional merchant fees apply)

·       50cc: $25 (cash)

·       Expert: $30 each (cash)

·       All other Event Classes:

o   $35 (cash) for 1st class

o   $30 (cash) for 2nd class

o   $25 (cash) for 3rd class

·       Saturday race sign-up times: 12:00pm – 2:00pm & 4:30pm – 6:30pm

·       Sunday race sign-up times: 7:00am – 9:00am

·       Sunday mandatory riders meeting: 8:15am

·       Sunday practice starts at 8:30am, racing starts at 9:30am

 

ARRIVAL INFO

Gates open from 5:00pm – 11:00pm on the Friday before the event.

·       Saturday gates times: 7:00am – 11:00pm.

·       Sunday gates open at 7:00am.

·       Admission fee of $15 (cash only) per person.

o   Non-racing children aged 7 and under are free.

·       Wristbands will be distributed during admission and must be worn throughout the entirety of your time at the track.

·       Everyone MUST legibly sign a liability waiver upon admission.

·       Pit vehicles must be registered upon entry – see below for more information.

·       Dogs must be friendly, leashed, and cleaned up after.

 

PIT VEHICLES

All pit vehicle operator passes will be available at the tower.

·       Pit vehicle registration fees: $10 per event (cash only!)

·       Passes (wrist bands) must always be worn and visible.

·       Please visit the Pit Vehicle Rules page for more information.

·       We reserve the right to restrict pit vehicle usage at any time.

 

OVERNIGHT STAYS

Overnight parking is available at the public parking area located at the corner of Rt. 31 and Galloway Rd. should you arrive outside of the open gate times.

·       No direct hook-ups of any kind.

·       No on-site showers.

·       No fee for overnight stays during race weekends!

 

TRACK AMENITIES

Flush bathrooms with sinks, as well as porta-a-johns are available.

·       Food is available for purchase in the pavilion during practice and races.

·       Food trucks will be available for additional food purchases on Saturday evenings after practice starting at 4:00pm.

·       Spare parts/tire vendors on-site.

·       Limited bleacher seating available.

·       Announcing simulcast available (verify FM station at the gate or tower).

 

ADDITIONAL INFO

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Generators must be turned off during this time.

·       No open alcohol is allowed away from your camp/pit area.

·       No illegal drugs allowed.

·       All guests and riders are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations.

·       Parents/guardians of minors are responsible for the behavior of their child(ren) and are expected to always know their whereabouts.

·       No glass containers.

·       No bicycle riding on the tracks.

·       No vending without prior approval.

·       We reserve the right to ask those in violation of any restrictions or rules to leave the premises with no refund given.
